Identity and contact details you submit through enquiry, membership and assessment forms; validated clinical questionnaire responses (ADAM, AMS, IIEF-5, IPSS); consultation, treatment and laboratory records where you become a patient; account credentials; and technical data such as IP address and browser type used for security and analytics.
We use personal data to deliver medical consultations, assessments and treatment; manage The 35+ Club membership; communicate appointment, results and clinical updates; maintain medical records; process payments; comply with GMC, CQC and other legal obligations; and improve our services.
We rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent as appropriate. Health data is processed under Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR (health and social care).
We share information only where necessary with clinicians involved in your care, accredited pathology laboratories, secure IT and payment processors bound by data-processing agreements, and regulators where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Medical records are retained in line with GMC and NHS guidance (a minimum of 8 years). We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and staff training.
